Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
How to Track Your Order
- Locate the shipping confirmation email sent by Glowberry Home.
- Copy the tracking number included in the email.
- Click the tracking button below.
- Paste your tracking number into the tracking field.
- View the latest available status of your shipment.
Where Can I Find My Tracking Number?
Your tracking number is sent by email after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Please check your inbox, promotions folder, and spam or junk folder for an email from Glowberry Home.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped in separate packages. In this case, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Tracking Information Is Not Available Yet
Tracking information may take between 24 and 72 hours after shipment confirmation to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you recently received your tracking number and no information is available yet, please check again later.
Tracking Has Not Updated
It is normal for tracking information to remain unchanged for several days while a package is moving between carrier facilities.
Updates may also be delayed during weekends, holidays, severe weather, periods of high shipping volume, or transportation disruptions.
My Package Is Marked as Delivered
If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct;
- Check your mailbox, porch, garage, side entrance, parcel locker, and other safe delivery areas;
- Ask household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management;
- Review any delivery photograph or notice provided by the carrier; and
- Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers may update the status before the package physically arrives.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us so we can review the available delivery information.
